For the GTK themes I started from the Gaia gtk theme but with several mod.

this is very elegant! the colours work well together! maybe a different wallpaper would've been slightly more attractive for the preview but over all excellent theme!

btw what dock are u using? a linky would be very appreciated!

I would've personally talked to fratrip before ripping his theme. There is a reason he never released it himself, its because he never got permission (which you should do) and the shot he based it off was a mod. So I suggest you take care of this.

Yes but I redo it from 0 I only inspirated from the screen shot.. I don't used the original file..

I think that if I didn't use the original file I haven't problem, in fact there is some little difference from the original..

Yeah, but its a mod of an officially released theme, its still not right to release just because you used your own graphics. It was inspired by that theme, and you still should've gotten permission first.
